At Affordables, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
General Returns/Exchanges:
• For non-uniform items, we offer a no-questions-asked, 100% return policy for all unused products purchased from www.affordables.com within two days of delivery.
• For uniforms, only exchange requests will be accepted.
Uniform Exchanges:
• If you receive the wrong product from us or our seller, the exchange will be free of charge.
• For size exchanges (higher or lower), a convenience fee will apply, along with any price difference due to size change.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
• Items must be returned in their original condition as delivered.
• Ensure clothes and footwear are unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged. Retain original tags and accessories, and return branded packaging in good condition.
• Damage due to misuse is not covered.
• Used or installed consumable products cannot be returned.
• Socks and clothing freebies are not eligible for returns.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers cannot be returned.
• Replacements can be for the entire product or part(s), depending on availability.
How to Return/Exchange:
• Submit a request in the MY ORDER section by logging into the website.
• Alternatively, call +91 7247423698 to book a return. Products will be picked up within 3-5 working days by our delivery partners.
Refund Policy:
• Allow up to 15 working days after receipt of your item for processing returns.
• For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be issued to the original card used.
• For cash on delivery payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer/NEFT.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request, upon receiving the product at our seller’s warehouse.
• Contact your bank directly for delays post-refund confirmation from vedik textiles. If delays occur on our end, we will notify you. Our liability for delays is limited to the refund amount.

How to Cancel Items:
• You can cancel items in your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order hasn’t been processed and shipped.
Processing Cancellations:
• Cancellation requests will be processed within 2-3 business days. If payment was made, a refund will be initiated, and you will be notified. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
